Possible partner: a school in Plantation is looking for design help in submitting an entry for this challenge. Sounds fun. Anyone in besides me??

Winning entries receive $50,000 plus $5,000 to cover overhead costs.

Hi! I just joined AFH bc a friend from another chapter told me about it. I still do not know much about the organization but I am interested in volunteering and would like to get involved. I was wondering if you can clue me in to how everything works. Are there monthly meetings in Miami and events to participate in? please write me back telling me how everything is organized and such....thanks!

I would like to put together a 5k race for AFH here in Miami...I am an enthusiastic runner and I noticed when recently I was looking for fund raiser races for architecture I found out that haven't been one here yet. I am awaiting on a meeting schedule with the race organizers from the last 5k that I participated. I will know more information about it then. I will keep you posted.
